In Nigeria, topics like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and low testosterone remain largely unspoken, even though they affect up to half of Nigerian men. Priv Health, a new digital health startup, is trying to change that.
Founded by influencer and medical doctor Dr. Olusina “The Bearded Dr Sina” Ajidahun and two-time startup founder Joseph Anya, Priv Health is a telehealth platform that provides discreet consultations, treatments, and laboratory testing for men’s health issues.
Since its launch in January 2024, Priv Health has reached over 1,000 men, built a community of 8,000 members, and generated about ₦19 million in revenue.
“Men are not getting the care they need. They have poorer health outcomes and shorter life expectancy compared to women,” Anya said “We’re creating a space where men can open up about their health and get real help.”
Through its digital-first model, men can consult doctors online, get prescriptions delivered to their doorstep, and even have lab samples picked up from their homes. Priv Health’s services include treatment for sexual health issues, hair loss, low testosterone, and mental health support.
The startup charges ₦8,000 per consultation and earns additional revenue through medication markups and lab testing partnerships. It also plans to introduce its own line of medications, offering smaller, daily-use doses of popular treatments.

As awareness grows, Priv Health aims to redefine how Nigerian men view and manage their health, with privacy, convenience, and empathy at its core.
