Robot vacuum maker Narwal has unveiled a new lineup of smart vacuum cleaners at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), highlighting AI-driven features designed to make home cleaning smarter and more personalized.

At the center of the announcement is the company’s new flagship robot vacuum, the Flow 2, which features a rounded design and easy-lift water tanks aimed at improving cleaning efficiency. The device is equipped with two 1080p RGB cameras offering a 136-degree field of view, allowing it to map indoor spaces and recognize objects using AI-powered models.

According to Narwal, the Flow 2 can identify an unlimited number of objects. It first attempts to recognize items locally, but if no match is found, the data is sent to the cloud for further analysis and identification.

The Flow 2 introduces three standout modes: pet care mode, baby care mode, and AI floor tag mode. Pet care mode lets users set cleaning zones where pets frequently rest, while also enabling pet monitoring and two-way audio. Baby care mode switches the vacuum to a quieter operation near cribs and alerts users when toys are misplaced. With AI floor tag mode, the vacuum can detect valuable items such as jewelry, avoid them during cleaning, and notify users.

Narwal also said the Flow 2 features four intelligent cleaning modes capable of identifying different types of dirt. If an area remains dirty after mopping, the vacuum can return to its base to wash the mop and re-clean the spot. Its redesigned base supports higher hot-water washing temperatures for more thorough cleaning.

In addition to the Flow 2, Narwal showcased the U50 handheld vacuum, which weighs 1.41kg (3.1 lbs) and includes UV-C sterilization and heat treatment for allergen removal. The company also demonstrated an unnamed cordless vacuum with a slim build, 360-degree swivel, and up to 50 minutes of runtime. This cordless model comes with an auto-empty station capable of holding dust for up to 60 days.
