Pinterest announced new AI-powered upgrades to its boards on Monday, designed to make user experiences more personalized. The updates include an AI-driven collage feature called “Styled for You” and a personalized curation system named “Boards Made for You.”
“Styled for You” lets users create AI-generated outfit combinations from their saved fashion Pins. By tapping an item in a collage, users can explore AI-recommended pieces to mix and match, enhancing their ability to style looks digitally.
Meanwhile, “Boards Made for You” curates personalized collections using a blend of AI and editorial insights. These boards feature trending outfits, home decor, and shoppable content, all integrated into the user’s feed and inbox.

Initially rolling out in the U.S. and Canada, Pinterest says these AI features aim to transform boards from static collections into interactive shopping and style tools.
The company is also testing new profile tabs, including “Make It Yours” for personalized recommendations, “More Ideas” for related Pins, and “All Saves” for easier access to previously saved content.
These updates align with Pinterest’s broader goal to evolve into an AI-enabled shopping assistant, helping users explore, discover, and shop with greater convenience and creativity.
